Home safety should be everyone's main goal. Here are three important emergency numbers to have readily available.
1) GAS SAFETY: If you suspect a gas leak inside or outside your home, leave immediately. avoid using anything that could create a spark. Call 1-800-895-2999 or 9-1-1 in an emergency
2) ELECTRIC SAFETY: Stay at least 10 ft. from power lines with any power tools, ladders or other objects. If you see a downed power line, stay away and call 1-800-895-1999.
3) DIGGING SAFETY: Always call before you dig. There are many buried utilities including telephone, gas and electrical lines. Know where your utilities are before you dig. Call 8-1-1.
Add these numbers to your list of emergency contacts. You'll be glad you did.
All the Best,
Paul
